Not only the most well-known recipes in the culinary history of Sardinia (such as seadas (Sardinian fritters), fregula (pasta), malloreddus (pasta) or the classic Sardinian pork roast), but at Hotel Airone you can experience a culinary journey of the most traditional flavours of Gallura, and make the most of our fresh fish dishes.
A careful selection of typical Sardinian produce and all the freshest ingredients help to create an unforgettable taste experience and satisfy your taste cravings. With a final touch of flair and creativity from our prized chefs, and thanks to the approachability and efficiency of our maitre and her colleagues, your every sin of gluttony is satisfied.
There is a vast array of dishes to choose from, different every day: Italian and Sardinian mains, choice meats and fresh fish served at your table in the large restaurant room, whilst the wide choice of vegetables and desserts prepared by the pastry chef are available in a delicious buffet service.
You can’t miss out on a bottle of good wine to accompany your taste journey, you only have to ask: we are located in the Gallura vermentino wine region, and on our wine list you can choose from a vast range.
Every morning you can wake yourself up with a tasty and authentic buffet breakfast to get your day of relaxation off to a great start. A deliciously laden table set up in the restaurant room which caters for diverse and international tastes, and which indulges your taste for sweet or savoury. Every day there is local produce on offer, such as jams and our typical Sardinian honey, as well as yoghurt, cheeses and ricotta.

If you need to be particularly careful with your food or have specific requirements, our chef can come up with extravagant offerings that are gluten free, suitable for coeliacs, made with local produce, and suitable for vegetarians. You can count on the assistance of the restaurant and kitchen staff, always kept up to date with specific training courses, to provide an authentic, personalised service.

Make the most of our corner pool bar, informal and cheerful, where you can enjoy a cocktail, a refreshing drink or a fruit or vegetable smoothie. After a dip, you can ask to serve you a light lunch just a few steps away from the water, and try our fresh and appetising snacks for a light and tasty lunch – the perfect break before spending the afternoon at the beach or around the pool.
And when the sun starts to play hide and seek, you can enjoy a quick spritz before going to dinner.
A varied and delicious buffet, served in the restaurant from 7.30am to 10am. And if you don’t want to leave your room, you can have breakfast served in your room for a small charge.
A la carte menu with the chef’s dish of the day, served in the main restaurant from 1pm to 2pm. If you want a light lunch without sacrificing the taste of good cuisine, you can have fresh and tasty sandwiches, cold dishes, vegetables and an assortment of salads, fruit and island cheeses, right under your umbrella by the pool.
Choose from that day’s menu and enjoy our attentive table service, and to top it all off, our buffet of starters, vegetables and desserts. The restaurant is open from 7.30pm to 9pm (spring and autumn); from 8pm to 9.30pm (June-September).
For your children, even the most lively, we have specific equipment available (high chair, sterilisers, bottle warmer) and everything you need for a meal suitable for them: vegetable soup, vegetable puree, baby food with fruits and meat, biscuits, yoghurt, milk, water, fruit juice.
If you opt for half-board, you can choose dinner or lunch, if you opt for full-board, you can swap your lunch for a packed lunch.
